Step 1

Every employee registered for work in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation has the right to annual paid leave. The standard number of days for rest is 28 days. However, there are exceptions. For example, adolescents under the age of 18 are entitled to 31 days of leave. Longer leave is granted to representatives of some professions, such as teachers. In addition, pregnant and lactating women have special conditions. Moreover, if a person works with materials hazardous to health and in unfavorable conditions, he has the right to additional annual paid leave.

Step 2

Leave is granted to an employee who has worked in the company for at least 6 months after employment or previous paid leave, with some exceptions specified in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The employee must notify management of his desire to go on a paid vacation no later than two weeks before it occurs. To do this, you need to write a statement. In accordance with the applications received from all employees, an annual vacation schedule can be drawn up. There is a possibility of transferring the entire vacation period or part of it to another time due to some circumstances, which are also indicated in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Before going on vacation, the employee is paid an amount based on his average earnings over the past year.

Step 3

Employees have the right to additional rest at any working time without pay. In this case, you must write a corresponding statement. The days missed of their own free will are not paid in the future. It should be remembered that later this will also affect the amount for paid vacation, which will be calculated taking into account the missed days.
