The regulation on remuneration is a local act of a particular enterprise. The regulation, as a rule, describes in detail such processes as remuneration, especially the calculation and payment of wages, and also contains the rules on the bonus system. The development and approval of the regulation is not mandatory, since most of the rules governing this issue are included in advance in the internal labor regulations, the collective agreement, or directly in the employment contract. Nevertheless, if your goal is to systematize information on wages in one local act, it will be very useful to draw up this provision.

Instructions

Step 1

The first section of the Regulations on Remuneration is called "General Provisions" or "Basic Provisions". This section contains general information.

In the first section, it is advisable to indicate: laws, bylaws, local acts, on the basis of which the legal regulation of the remuneration process is carried out; the person or several persons appointed responsible for the calculation of wages, as well as for bonuses. It is also recommended here to designate the circle of employees who are subject to this regulation.

Step 2

The second section is called "Wages". Accordingly, in it, consider in detail the procedure for the formation, calculation and payment of wages to employees. Indicate the wage system, the amount of wages depending on the qualifications of the employee, the place and term of payment, the rules for familiarizing the employee with the payroll and the requirements for its form. If in your organization the amount of payments depends on labor standards, also list them in this section.

Step 3

The third section "Procedure for awarding". In this section, it is worth placing information on the types of bonuses, amounts, required indicators, the achievement of which precedes their payment. The circle of employees who are subject to the provisions on bonuses and the timing of payment of the stipulated bonuses are also indicated.

Step 4

The fourth section "Other conditions". Describe here the issues not raised in other sections due to their specificity, for example: payment of wages while on maternity leave, in case of loss of a breadwinner, upon retirement, etc.

Step 5

The fifth section "Final provisions" is devoted, as a rule, to the issues of entry into force of the prepared provision. The responsible person and the storage location of this document, as well as other relevant information, are indicated here.

Step 6

The regulation on remuneration is approved by the head of the organization, about which an appropriate note is made. After the regulation is developed and approved, it is necessary to familiarize each employee with its content against signature.
