Instructions

Step 1

When an employee is absent from the workplace or is late for a certain amount of time, draw up an act on this fact. Write the document in any form, indicate the time of preparation and the date. Enter the last name, first name, patronymic of the employee who is absent from work, the position he occupies. This act is signed by two or three witnesses who will be able to confirm the fact that this specialist is absent from the workplace. Indicate the surnames, initials of the persons who signed the document, the names of the positions held. In the time sheet, in front of the surname of the employee who is absent from work or late, put down the combinations of the letters "НН".

Step 2

Wait for the employee to appear. Ask him to write an explanatory note indicating the reason for the truancy. If the reason is valid and documented, cross out "НН" in the report card and put the leave without pay. If the reason for the absence or delay is not valid, put "PR" in the report card, which means absenteeism without a good reason.

Step 3

If the employee did not show up for work, it is allowed to fire him for absenteeism. Send a notice of the upcoming dismissal to the address of his place of residence and a request to explain the reason for the absence. If your letter remains unanswered, you unilaterally have the right to dismiss it. Draw up a dismissal order for absenteeism, and refer to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Indicate the fact that the employee is absent from the workplace, the period of absence, the last name, first name, patronymic of the employee, his position, personnel number. Certify the order with the seal of the organization and the signature of the director of the enterprise.

Step 4

Make an appropriate entry in the employee's work book, certify with the company seal and the signature of the person responsible for registering and maintaining work books.

Step 5

When a specialist who was dismissed for absenteeism appears, familiarize him with the order and the entry in the work book against his signature. Give him the documents and cash for payment.
