Instructions
Step 1
When the main employee is fired, you should accept an application from him. In it, the employee must register his request for dismissal of his own free will. The application must contain the following information: the personal data of the specialist, the date of dismissal, the title of the position, the department in which the employee is registered. The document is signed by the employee and endorsed by the head of the enterprise, to whom it is sent for consideration.
Step 2
As a rule, the fact of dismissal should be documented. In this case, an order of dismissal is mandatory. In it, write down the personal data of the employee, the name of the position he occupies and the service in which he worked. In the administrative part, indicate the date of dismissal. Perform proper certification of the document and familiarize the employee with it.
Step 3
The accounting department must calculate all payments due to the employee upon dismissal. Personnel employees should make a record of the dismissal in the specialist's work book, issue it on the last working day, along with money for unused vacation, actually worked time.
Step 4
When an employee is registered for another company on a general basis, take him to a part-time position. Carry out the acceptance procedure in accordance with the labor laws governing the work of a part-time worker.
Step 5
Accept an application from the employee asking for a part-time job, conclude an employment contract in which you write down the conditions on which it is accepted. Please note that part-time workers can only work in their free time from the main job. The employer must pay for the performance of the official duties of such an employee in such a way that his salary does not exceed 50% of the salary of specialists drawn up on general grounds.
Step 6
Draw up an order for admission to the position and make a note of the part-time job. If an employee wishes to formalize an employment relationship in a work book, then you cannot do this, since the entry of an additional position remains with the main employer.
