Sometimes, in the process of economic activity of the organization, situations arise when the manager is forced to call the employee from the due vacation. According to Russian labor law, this is quite legitimate, but for this it is necessary to correctly draw up the documents, namely the call itself.

Step 1
First, it should be noted that some employees cannot be called ahead of schedule from the prescribed leave, they include pregnant women, minors, as well as workers engaged in harmful and dangerous work.
Step 2
First of all, get the employee's consent to leave early. You can do this in several ways. The best option is a worker's statement. He must write it to the name of the head of the organization, its content may be as follows: "With early withdrawal from the annual leave on the condition of providing the unused part of the leave in the period from (indicate which) I agree."
Step 3
You can also draw up an order to call from vacation. Be sure to indicate the reason in this administrative document. Remember that it must be justified, for example, a production need or to solve important organizational issues that cannot be transferred.
Step 4
To avoid the need to call all employees on vacation, use the so-called questionnaires. These forms contain information such as consent to early leave from vacation, contacts by which you can find an employee in case of a production need.
Step 5
With regard to payment, each employer chooses his own tactics. You can pay for workdays as usual, taking into account the amounts accrued for unused vacation. Or you can even recalculate.
Step 6
After that, make a change to the vacation schedule. Please note that the employee can use unused vacation days at any convenient time. Based on this, create a new schedule.
Step 7
Also make changes to the employee's personal card by checking the box in the "Vacation" section.
