An analytical report is an in-depth study of a specific problem. It reflects the current situation on the market, the state and prospects of its further development, and also represents the most complete source of information about a specific market sector. This document includes structured data, charts, tables, methodology descriptions, maps, forecasts and expert comments.
Instructions
Step 1
Create a cover page. It will be the main page of your work. On it, indicate all the necessary information about the executors of this document. In the table of contents, provide a summary of the structure that will be used in the report, numbered all relevant pages.
Step 2
Write an introduction. In this case, explain some points at once: the relevance of the work, analysis of the sources of obtaining the necessary information on the topic, the ways in which the report was made. Here, tell us about the tasks and goals set for the implementation of the report.
Step 3
Complete the bulk of the work. To do this, break it down into several small sections (each of which should contain subsections). In each separate paragraph, as logical, clear, logical and consistent as possible, present the material on the topic, using the necessary sources. Do not forget to include the relevant links.
Step 4
Make a conclusion and include a summary of any research done, and then draw your own conclusions.
Step 5
Indicate in the list of references all sources used to compile this report, write them in alphabetical order.
Step 6
Create an appendix and include the voluminous information that was discussed when drafting the document. Remember that the analytical report must be a detailed analysis of one specific topic. To do this, make comparisons, build a logical chain and draw appropriate conclusions from all the work done.
Step 7
Attach to the application: copies of the data collection forms, calculations, the profile of the company in question, transcripts, as well as other materials that are necessary for a complete and competent disclosure of the results of the study.
