Working as a bailiff is hard enough both from a physical point of view and from a moral point of view. Moreover, the work is thankless, because the employees of the service have to deal with human grief every day. But despite this, every year the number of people wishing to work here only increases. But not everyone knows how to get into the civil service.

Step 1
A separate plus for you will be the presence of a special (legal) education. But even if he is not there, you can still try to get a job in the FSSP. To do this, you need to come to the head office (there is one in every city) and write an application for an internship. You will be asked to provide a number of documents. It includes: - an application for a criminal record (not only of the candidate, but also of his relatives);
- application for participation in the competition (you will find a sample of filling in the department);
- completed form;
- a photocopy of the passport;
- employment history;
- copies of educational documents;
- a military ID is still required for men. The internship is designed for 2 weeks, after which you can submit another package of documents for passing the competition to fill the vacant position of bailiff.
Step 2
The internship is not paid, you will have to volunteer. But on the other hand, if it is passed successfully, then you can proceed to the next stage of hiring. To do this, you need to collect an additional package of documents, which includes the following papers: - autobiography (be sure to briefly describe information about your life, as well as the life of your relatives);
- 3 pcs. photos of size 3, 5 by 4, 5 color matte without corner;
- a copy of the birth certificate;
- if any, a copy of the marriage or divorce certificate;
- medical certificate with a certificate of fitness for public service;
- a certificate from a narcological dispensary (that you are not registered);
- a certificate from a neuropsychiatric dispensary about the same;
- feedback from the leaders of your internship;
- declaration of property;
- certificate of 2 personal income tax, if you worked somewhere before;
- pension certificate;
- if there are awards, then information about their award.

- medical policy;
- if there are children, then a birth certificate;
- leaflets about restrictions or prohibitions;
- application for a job;
- job regulations. After the package of documents is collected and handed over, wait for a call for an interview.
Step 3
An interview, which is also called the recruitment commission, takes place in several stages. First, you have to write a test, according to the results of which you can assess your intellectual level. And then you have to pass a test in the form of an exam in front of a commission of 12 people who will ask you various questions in order to determine your adequacy and psychological stability.
