Step 1

Step 2

Take the documents from the employee: passport, TIN certificate, insurance certificate, educational document, work book, medical certificate (if necessary) and other documents you need.

Step 3

Draw up an order for hiring, using the unified form number T-1. In this administrative document, be sure to indicate that the employee is temporary. If you are employing him for a certain period, that is, expressed by the date, indicate it opposite the inscription "to hire".

Step 4

Draw up an employment contract. Indicate in it all the necessary details of the parties, working conditions (including that it is temporary), salary. You can also specify the term of work. Remember that you will not be able to terminate the contract before the agreed date, otherwise you will violate the Labor Code and will be punished for this.

Step 5

Draw up the employment contract in duplicate, keep one with you, and give the other to the employee. Remember to sign the regulations and blue-stamp your organization's seal.

Step 6

Enter the information in the employee's work book. The fact that it is temporary is optional.

Step 7

Make changes to the staffing table. Also issue a personal card for the employee, which has a unified form No. T-2. In it, be sure to indicate that the employee is temporary. If necessary, make changes to the vacation schedule.
