Step 1

Draw up a collective agreement or local regulation in accordance with the requirements of Russian law and the regulations of your company, implying the amount of payments for the performance of any labor functions when combining professions or increasing the volume of work. Please note that an increase in the volume of work and combination is allowed to be issued within a period of no more than a month and only with the consent of the employee.

Step 2

Enter into an agreement with the employee to whom you want to assign the allowance. If, for example, he will be entrusted with the duties of the chief accountant during the vacation of the latter, this should be considered an increase in the volume of work. The transfer of any responsibilities to him on an ongoing basis will be considered part-time work. In the agreement with the employee, it is imperative to indicate his duties, the deadline for their implementation, and he must read the instructions and sign his consent. Certify the document with the signature of the head or special authorized person, put the seal of the organization.

Step 3

Draw up an order based on the agreement concluded with the employee. Indicate in its upper part the full and abbreviated name of the organization, put the document number and the current date. The subject of the order should reflect the appointment of an additional payment to the employee, and below - his name and position according to the staffing table.

Step 4

Indicate in the administrative part of the document the date of the beginning and end of additional payments, a list of the employee's duties. Write down the exact amount of the allowance that the employee will receive, and then certify the document with the signature of the manager and the seal of the company. Pass the order for familiarization to the employee who will receive additional payments, he must also familiarize himself with the document and put his signature on it.
