When visiting an enterprise or organization, a person first of all looks around the walls in search of information. That is why it is so important to correctly arrange an information stand, placing there information about the company, its work schedule, and activities. A well-made and tastefully decorated stand can become the hallmark of an organization.

Step 1
Purchase a stand or make one yourself. When choosing the type and design of the stand, proceed from the real need for its content. The simplest information panel can hold 4-6 sheets of standard A4 size. More complex designs are equipped with additional opening surfaces or overhanging mechanisms. The main advantages of the stand are compactness and lightness.
Step 2
Enter the name of the stand. It must accurately reflect its purpose. For example, "Information for consumers", "Trade union life" or "History of our company". The title should be easy to read and immediately catch the eye of your visitors. The stand on which the main title and subheadings are made of voluminous materials attached to the base looks very original.
Step 3
Divide the entire stand space into zones or sections. Each part of the panel should carry certain thematic information. Think about this question even at the stage of preparing the materials. For ease of perception, the stand should not be divided into more than 5-7 parts. Try to avoid cluttering the stand space with information materials.
Step 4
Attach individual cells to the surface of the stand, guided by the selected material feeding structure. In the simplest case, these can be transparent plastic pockets or files. But cells cut from plexiglass will give a more presentable look to the stand. To make it easier to change information sheets, provide a small cutout in the upper side of the cells.
Step 5
Think carefully about the color schemes for the booth decoration. Standard white sheets with information printed on them may not always attract attention. It is best to use sheets of different colors. The stand, decorated in colors corresponding to the official symbols of the enterprise, will look original. Such a corporate style in combination with the logo placed at the top of the stand will emphasize the solidity of the enterprise.
