Step 1

In the application for a letter of exemption, indicate the name of the product for which the buyer asked you for a certificate of conformity, trademark, article. Write the name of your company in accordance with the charter or other constituent document, personal data of an individual, if the OPF of your company is an individual entrepreneur. Enter the legal form of your organization that you chose when registering the business.

Step 2

Write the legal address of the company, the taxpayer identification number, the code of the reason for registering with the tax office, the main state registration number. If you have information about the product code for the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity and the product code for which the buyer requested a certificate from you, according to the All-Russian classifier of products, indicate them. Enter additional information about the product.

Write the personal information of the CEO of your organization.

Send the completed application by e-mail or send it by registered mail to the address of the location of the accredited body.

A rejection letter will be sent to you for some time. It must be printed on the letterhead of the accredited body. The name of the certification organization and its coat of arms are written in the head of the letter. In the upper right corner of the A4 sheet, the details of your company are indicated, including the name, address, TIN, KPP, as well as the position of the head, his last name, initials.

In the upper left corner, opposite the details of your organization, the outgoing document number should be entered, as well as the incoming number to which the response is written - a rejection letter.

The title of the letter must correspond to the non-certified product. In the content of the rejection letter, complete information about the product that you indicated in the application is entered. References are made to certification legislation.

Step 8

The letter of waiver must be signed by the head of the accredited body, his surname, initials, position are indicated on it. A blue seal is required, which is placed so that the director's signature is readable.

Step 9

You can submit a waiver letter not only to the buyer, but also to the trade inspection, which checks whether you have certificates for the products sold.
