Step 1

Contact a notary office to draw up a receipt for the transfer of the right to deal with the apartment. The owner of the property and the trustee must be present. Take with you general passports and documents confirming the ownership of square meters. Give them to a notary. He will draw up a paper on which the rights will be transferred to the authorized person. It is not necessary to transfer them completely. Can only be limited to selling, renting or buying. The receipt can be canceled at any time.

Step 2

After that, the owner is not required to be present at the execution of transactions with the apartment. To sell or buy a living space, the assignee must contact the Federal Registration Service of the Russian Federation with a package of documents, which includes:

- a notary certified certificate that he has the right to make transactions with real estate (copy and original);

- an application form for state registration of the right to housing and transactions with it (the inspector will issue at registration);

- contract for the purchase and sale of an apartment, signed by the seller and the buyer, in triplicate;

- a document confirming the ownership of square meters;

- a photocopy of the current owner's passport;

- floor plan and explication drawn up in the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI);

- extended extract from the house book;

- a copy of the real estate financial and personal account;

- notarized permission of the spouse or spouse for the sale or purchase of an apartment. Provided by the seller and the buyer;

- originals and copies of civil passports of both parties;

- signed act on the transfer of housing;

- receipt of payment of state duty - original and duplicate.

Step 3

Give the set of documents to the employee of the Federal Registration Service of the Russian Federation at the location of the living space. During the month, the securities will be tested. Only after that the apartment will be owned or sold.
