If you decide to rent a private helicopter as a passenger, do not forget to request from the selected company the above-mentioned certificate of airworthiness of the vessel and the certificate of the organization operating it, this will make sure that the legal entity fully complies with the legal requirements in terms of the provision of aviation services.
Step 6
In any case, check the technical passport of the vehicle, the quality certificate, conclude a legitimate lease agreement, which is subject to mandatory registration with the Federal Air Transport Agency. It is also necessary to make sure that this helicopter is not encumbered with restrictions on the transfer of the vessel on lease, as may be contained in an entry previously made in the state register of aircraft.
