If your organization or enterprise employs foreign workers, then you must annually from January 1 to May 1 of the current year apply to the employment service for a workforce quota next year.

Instructions

Step 1

Please note: the absence of a workforce quota does not give you the right to attract foreign specialists and will not allow you to obtain a work permit for them.

Step 2

Submit the following documents to the employment service: - a certified copy of the registration certificate (OGRN);

- a certified copy of the TIN;

- a certified copy of the document on registration with the tax authorities;

- a certified copy of the passport;

- Bank details;

- documents establishing the amount of wages and regulating social guarantees;

- citizenship, number, professions and positions of foreign citizens you want to hire.

Step 3

Carefully and accurately fill out the application on the submitted form. Corrections and blots in the application are not allowed.

Step 4

Indicate in the 1st column the name of your enterprise, and in column 2 - the types of activities (in accordance with the OKVED codes). The 3rd column is intended for a list of blue-collar occupations and positions of employees for which foreigners are attracted. In the 4th column, indicate the OKPR codes by profession and position.

Step 5

The 5th column indicates the number of foreign citizens involved in the profession. This figure must coincide with the figure that you indicate in column 10. Columns 6-11 are intended to indicate: - the total number of employees at the enterprise;

- the number of foreign citizens working at your enterprise;

- the number of foreign citizens who will continue to work next year (in accordance with previously concluded agreements);

- additional needs for Russian and foreign workers.

Step 6

The 12th and 13th columns are intended to indicate the country from which it is planned to attract foreigners to work and the country code according to the OKSM. 14th - to indicate the period for which it is planned to attract foreign labor (should not exceed 12 months). 15th - to indicate the size of the salary (in rubles).

Step 7

Columns 16 through 19 should contain information on the number of housing units provided to foreign specialists. If accommodation will not be provided, select “no”. In columns 20 and 21, indicate the number of foreign specialists who already have medical insurance, and the number of those whom you will be required to insure at your own expense.

Step 8

Columns from 22 to 25 are intended for information on the number of specialists with a certain length of service. In columns 26-29, indicate the number of foreign specialists with a certain education corresponding to a profession or position. Please note: the amounts in the lines in columns 22-29 should not exceed the declared number of specialists in this profession or position.

Step 9

The 30th and 31st columns are filled in in accordance with the certificate of the employment service, confirming the fact of applying for a quota. Columns 32-35 are intended to indicate the reasons for attracting foreigners in this profession.

Step 10

If your application is not rejected, then the quota, by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, will be allocated to you.
