The employer accepts an employee for a position, but the employee's compliance with this position, his professional qualities can only be checked in the process of work. When hiring, the employer sets a probationary period for the employee, during which the employee meets the employer's expectations or not.
Necessary
employment contract form, employment order form, employee documents, computer, printer, A4 paper, pen, company seal
Instructions
Step 1
As is customary, the employee writes a job application addressed to the director of the company, signs and dates. The director writes the resolution. For example: "To hire from 05.08.2011 with a trial period."
Step 2
Warn the employee that hiring is on probation to ensure that the employee is fit for the job.
Step 3
If the employee agrees to pass the probationary period, conclude an employment contract with him, in which it is indicated that the employee is hired for a probationary period. The contract is signed by an employee, enters all the necessary details, and the head of the company. The presence of a signed employment contract means that each of the parties has given its consent for the employee to pass the test. Certify the contract with the seal of the organization.
Step 4
Fill out an order for employment, where indicate that this employee was hired for a probationary period according to the staffing table. Familiarize the employee with the order against signature. Sign the manager and seal the organization. The trial period at the discretion of the employer can be from two weeks to three months.
Step 5
Make an entry in the work book of the employee who is hired for the position of the date of the conclusion of the employment contract. The record should not differ from the employee's record accepted on a general basis.
Step 6
When the employee passes the probationary period, no action is taken. The employee is considered to have passed the test and continues to work. If the employer believes that the employee does not correspond to the work entrusted to him, then the employer has the right to dismiss the employee on his own initiative during the probationary period.
Step 7
If, when concluding an employment contract or when issuing an order, the employer did not establish a probationary period, the employee is considered to be hired on a general basis, that is, without a probationary period.
Step 8
Please note that the employer does not have the right to establish a probationary period for certain categories of citizens provided for by law.
