You, as a citizen of one of the CIS countries, have decided to obtain an official permit to work in Ukraine. Please note that you have to work hard to get it.
Instructions
Step 1
Sign a preliminary employment contract with an employer residing in Ukraine. Only he will be able to issue a work permit for you.
Step 2
Contact the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a police clearance certificate. And if you once lived in Ukraine, make a request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of this country and get a similar certificate.
Step 3
Obtain a service visa to Ukraine at your local PVS office. This procedure usually does not take more than a week.
Step 4
Immediately upon arrival in Ukraine, apply with a copy of the employment contract and passport to the local tax authorities and receive an identification number.
Step 5
Contact with your employer a special commission at the Employment Center. Prepare for the fact that the meetings of the commission for the consideration of the personal affairs of foreign citizens who want to legally formalize their labor activity in Ukraine are held once a month. Therefore, you will receive permission only within 30 days from the date of submission of documents.
Step 6
The employer must submit the necessary documents to the Employment Center, namely: - an application;
- two of your color photographs 3, 5 × 4.5 cm;
- your identification number;
- a certified copy of the contract with you;
- a certificate stating that your future position is not associated with access to classified information and does not require Ukrainian citizenship;
- certificate (certificates) about your criminal record;
- certified copies of your education documents;
- a certified copy of your passport;
- a list of your future job responsibilities;
- your autobiography, written in free form. In addition, the employer must report to the commission on the absence of debts of his organization to the judicial and tax authorities, as well as submit a package of documents on the status of his enterprise. All documents must be translated into Ukrainian or legalized on the territory of Ukraine.
