The first thing that catches a potential employer or recruiter is the headline of your ad. Make sure that in the appropriate heading "Looking for a job", where a lot of similar ads are presented, your attention will be attracted. For example, do not write “Looking for a manager’s job”, but in the title, give important information about yourself - “A manager with 7 years of work experience is looking for a permanent job”. Firstly, you declared yourself as an experienced worker, and secondly, you made it clear that you are not looking for a temporary part-time job, but a main job, to which you will give yourself completely.
Step 2
When writing an ad, think about what competitive advantages you have, without false modesty, briefly mention your achievements. Express your thoughts clearly, without ambiguity, so that the reader has the correct idea of your knowledge and skills.
Step 3
When writing an advertisement, if you are not very confident in your literacy, use dictionaries, including electronic ones, correct grammatical errors in the Microsoft Word editor, or, finally, give it to a person whose literacy you do not doubt. Erroneous advertisements make you smile, but they are not very useful.
Step 4
When submitting an advertisement on electronic boards, first study the rubricator well, select the section that exactly matches the topic of your advertisement. Be sure to include the city for the residents of which it is addressed, even if you are looking for a remote job.
Step 5
If you can combine several positions, you have several specializations, areas of activity, it is better to submit several ads, where first indicate what you would like to do first, and then, as a bonus, your other capabilities and skills. This will give the potential employer the impression that you are not scattered about, but in the process of working in one area, you comprehend new things, i.e. easy to learn and reorientable if desired.
