It is necessary

  • - reporting forms;
  • - computer;
  • - access to the Internet;
  • - Printer;
  • - fountain pen;
  • - printing (if available);
  • - a postal envelope and a return receipt form, if you plan to submit reports by mail.

Instructions

Step 1

If an individual entrepreneur does not have employees, it is necessary to report to the Pension Fund once a year only on contributions made for himself. Forms RSV-2 and SZV-6-1 are submitted, accompanied by an inventory in the form ADV-6-3. The deadline for submitting reports is March 1. If an individual entrepreneur has hired workers, in addition to these documents, he must report in the RSV-1 and SZV-6-2 forms, which are accompanied by the ADV-6-2 form. This must be done quarterly before the first day of every second month after the end of the quarter, half a year, nine months and a year. Simply put, reporting for the first quarter is submitted before May 1, for half a year - before August 1, for 9 months - before November 1 and for the year - before February 1.

Step 2

There are three ways to submit reports to the Pension Fund:

1) bring it there in person;

2) send by mail;

3) report via the Internet using one of the special services.

Step 3

To begin with, you will need reporting forms. They can be found and downloaded on the Internet and filled in on your computer, or you can use the help of special online services, for example, such as Elba and My Business.

Only subscribers of paid services can export from the latest files with reporting to the FIU to their computer. But no one will forbid you to select and copy the document generated by the service and paste it into an empty text editor file, and then print it.

It remains only to sign the resulting reports and certify with a seal, if any.

Step 4

If you plan to take the documents to the fund department in person, you will have to print each one in duplicate. Do not forget to also make two copies of receipts or payment orders with a bank mark, confirming the payment of contributions. To send reports by mail, one at a time is enough. Keep the originals of the receipts for yourself.

Step 5

Before visiting your branch of the Pension Fund, it will not be superfluous to call there: to clarify at what time and in which office you can submit reports. If you do not know the phone number, you can find it using the official website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, you just need to select your region or city. We come to the PFR office, give the completed reports and confirmation of payment. On the second copy of each document, the department employees must make a note of acceptance. This copy remains with us as confirmation that the reporting has been submitted.

Step 6

To send the statements by mail, we need an envelope and a receipt receipt form. On the envelope we write the address of our PFR branch and our return address. The same goes for notification. Then we pay for sending a registered letter with a receipt confirmation. The reporting has been submitted. It remains to wait for the notification and save it. This document will serve as confirmation that the fund received the reports. Important point: the date of submission of the reports is the day it was sent by mail (it is easy to determine by the stamps on the envelope and the notification and receipt that will be given by mail), and not the receipt of the letter by the Pension Fund.

Step 7

To submit reports via the Internet, you will have to use the services of a special service. To do this, you will need to issue a power of attorney giving the service the right to submit reports on your behalf. Its form will be provided by the service itself, it remains only to drive in your data, print it to a printer and certify it with a signature and seal.

The power of attorney is sent to the address of the service by mail or uploaded to its website in the form of a scan.

Step 8

When the power of attorney is received and verified by the service employees, all that remains is to open its website and give the command to create reports on all the required forms. Then enter, where required, additional data and send documents for delivery. The service will do everything necessary and send you a report, whether your forms are accepted by the fund or need to be revised. The service for submitting reports to the Pension Fund via the Internet is paid. It can be provided as a one-time or as part of a subscription service package. In the first case, the average price is from 100 rubles, in the second from 2700 rubles. per year per package.
