The law allows you to submit accounting documents for an entrepreneur or small enterprise to the tax office or the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation by mail. They need to be sent in a valuable letter with a list of attachments, certified by the head of the post office. The date of submission of the report is the day the letter is accepted for work by the post office, and not the day it is received by the addressee.

Necessary

  • - completed reporting document;
  • - the envelope;
  • - the form of the inventory of the attachment;
  • - the form of a receipt notification.

Instructions

Step 1

Fill out the reporting document, which has come to hand over, and take it to the post office. Purchase an envelope, blanks for an inventory of attachments and, if desired, a delivery receipt. Write the addresses of the recipient (tax or regional branch of the Pension Fund, you can find out both on the websites of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the Pension Fund, respectively) and the sender (your own) on the envelope and notification form.

Step 2

Fill in the list of attachments, indicating the name of the document, the number of sheets and the price. You are free to specify any price, but keep in mind that it directly affects the cost of postal services: the higher the amount you specify, the more expensive they will cost.

Do not rush to seal the envelope, since the head of the communications department must certify your inventory, and for this he needs to make sure that you have indicated everything correctly.

Tell the postal worker that you want to send a valuable email with a list of attachments.

Step 3

After the inventory is certified, pay for the mail services and keep the receipt issued to you. By the identifier indicated on it, you can track the fate of your shipment, and the date on it will confirm the day you submitted your reports. Additional proof of this will also be a notification that will be dropped in your mailbox shortly after your letter is received by the addressee.
