Step 1
If an employee works in one organization as at the main place of work, and the other is part-time for him, then it is necessary in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation to dismiss him from the additional place of work. For this, the employee writes a letter of resignation addressed to the head of the enterprise, which is his main place of work. In a statement, he expresses his request to dismiss him from this position. He puts his signature and the date of writing the application.
Step 2
The head of the organization of the main place of work issues an order to dismiss the employee from office. The order is assigned a number and date. The order is signed by the director and the company is stamped.
Step 3
An employee of the personnel service, on the basis of a dismissal order, makes an entry in the employee's work book. He puts down the serial number of the record, the date of dismissal, writes that this employee was dismissed from a certain position of his own free will or by agreement of the parties. Put the number of the order and the date of dismissal in the column "Grounds". An employee of the personnel department puts his signature and stamp of the company.
Step 4
At the additional place of work, the employee also writes a letter of resignation, the director of the additional place of work issues a dismissal order, the employee of the personnel service of the main place of work also makes an entry in the work book about dismissal based on a copy of the order of dismissal from the additional place of work.
Step 5
The employee writes an application for employment in the name of the director of the enterprise, which was additional for him. The director puts a job resolution on the application. Then he issues an order for employment, and writes that this place of work will be the main one for the employee.
Step 6
An employment contract is concluded with the employee in duplicate, all the details of the company and the employee himself are entered. The employee signs the contract, puts the date, the director also signs, puts the date of the contract, his signature and the seal of the enterprise.
Step 7
At the enterprise, which was additional for the employee, but becomes the main one, the personnel officer fills out the employee's work book on the basis of the order for employment, puts the signature and seal of the enterprise.
Step 8
For an employee carrying out activities in two positions of the same enterprise, it is necessary to issue an order to transfer from one position, which was the main one, to an additional one, and consider it as the main one. An entry is made in the work book about the transfer from one position to another.
