Registration of employees for part-time work often raises various questions about how to build their work schedule and how to calculate salaries. This should be done in accordance with the amount of time worked.

Please note that the remuneration of certain part-time workers is carried out in a general manner, in accordance with the employment contract, for example, for hours worked or for production. From this it follows that for calculating the salary of a part-time worker, you can choose a salary by workdays or hours, pay at an hourly or daily rate, or pay according to work orders.
Step 2
Assign an appropriate wage. It is important that it be comparable to the salary of specialists working in this position full time.

Pay salaries to all employees of the organization in accordance with the accepted form of remuneration, work schedule and tariff rate established by personnel documents. Calculate and register accruals using the "1C: Salary and Personnel Management 8" program.

Consider the established work schedule of the part-time worker when calculating. It is a part-time schedule based on standard terms of a 40-hour five-day week. In accordance with this schedule, a part-time worker must work 4 hours every day.
Step 5
Follow the accounting policy of the organization when drawing up an algorithm for calculating the monthly earnings of a part-time employee. Consider the totality of such parameters as the amount of work assigned to a part-time worker, the form of remuneration and the size of the salary. If an employee is not able to work part-time at a certain time, set a more flexible schedule for him with an hourly wage or payment in accordance with the volume of work performed. Please note that the legislation provides for the payment of a part-time salary, as in the main job, twice a calendar month.
