At its core, a letter of recommendation is a detailed characteristic that reflects the business and professional qualities of the person being recommended. All those characteristics that will be given in the letter should be supported by examples so that they do not look unfounded. It is imperative to write not only about professionalism, but also about the attitude to work, whether there were overwork, whether the tasks were completed on time, whether the person sacrificed vacation or personal time during a difficult period for the company or during the delivery of burning projects. It is also necessary to write about production discipline, the fulfillment of the requirements of the labor schedule.

At the end of the recommendation, you can list all the achievements that the employee had during the period when he worked with its author, and also indicate the reason for the dismissal. You can summarize the text with a phrase about whether or not the author would like to work with this person again. The signature of the referee and its decryption should be certified with the seal of the company and the date of the document should be put.
