Step 1
For self-registration of an LLC, founders are required. There may be several of them, but no more than fifty. There can be only one founder. They can be both individuals and legal entities, the legislation allows this.

To open an LLC, the authorized capital is required. Its size must be at least 10 thousand rubles. At the time of registration, you must pay at least 50% of the amount. The authorized capital can be contributed both in property and in money. The remaining amount must be supplemented within a year from the date of opening the enterprise.

Develop an LLC charter. This should be done in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. A typical model of the charter is often taken as a basis. However, experts recommend changing the standard bylaws given the circumstances. After all, the activities of your company will be carried out taking into account the rules prescribed in the document.

Next, you need to prepare a parquet of documents and submit it to the registration authorities. The list of documents will depend on who exactly will act as founders - legal entities or individuals.

Individuals for registration of LLC must submit photocopies of the passport and TIN of the founders (if the founders are citizens of Russia). Foreign founders must provide a photocopy of the passport and its translation. Please note that the documents must be certified by a notary.

To open an LLC, legal entities submit copies of the constituent documentation, as well as a certificate of state registration. In addition, it is necessary to provide a certificate stating that the company is registered for tax purposes. This applies to those companies that are registered in Russia.

Foreign companies must provide one or two originals of extracts from the commercial register of the country in which the company is registered. Instead of extracts, a foreign company can present any documents on the basis of which representatives of the registration authorities can make sure that the company has a legal status.
Step 8
The set of documents for registration of an LLC must include data on the unique name of the company, on the location of the company. It is necessary to attach an agreement on the establishment of an LLC, data on the amount of the authorized capital and statutory documents.
Step 9
Information about the director is provided - TIN, address, phone number, zip code, copy of the passport. Information about the chief accountant is also provided. It is necessary to attach a decision to establish an LLC. Indicate the details of the bank in which the organization opened a current account and documents confirming the payment of the state duty. In some cases, an enterprise needs to obtain an SRO admission or a license. Only then can the organization start working.
