Each technical document must be drawn up according to the developed standards, that is, on the basis of safety certificates, GOST, etc. There is a unified system of design documentation and technological documentation that regulates technical units. According to its provisions, technical documentation is drawn up, objects are developed and designed. Each technical unit must have a technical specification, a passport, operating manuals, instructions.
There are several types of technical documentation: design and technological. The first category includes operating manuals, diagrams. The technological documentation includes a route map, a passport, that is, all documents that determine the technological cycle of an object.
The engineering department compiles the technical documentation. It should be written in Russian, using paper format. It should be clarified that adjustments are allowed, but they must be accepted by order of the head and the engineering department.
For example, you decided to start doing some new direction - to sell glass tape. You have decided that you will purchase goods for resale in China. Naturally, customs declarations, transport documents, a contract with a partner are drawn up. But having imported it into the territory of Russia, you find that you cannot implement it, since you do not have certificates of conformity, fire safety certificates. In this case, you need to arrange them. The first thing you do is translate all foreign documents that are instructions. Next, you draw up a fire safety certificate, make a certificate of compliance with state standards. It is these documents that are called technical, without their registration you have no right to sell.
