Necessary

  • - timesheet;
  • - calculator or 1C program.

Instructions

Step 1

To calculate the salary for salary, take into account the information about the days worked in the timesheet. If the employee has worked all days in the month, then add the bonus or cash incentive and the percentage of the district coefficient to the amount of salary, if it is paid in your area. Subtract the 13% tax and the paid portion of salary as advance payments The rest will be the employee's monthly salary.

Step 2

If the employee receives a salary and the month is not fully worked, calculate the cost of one day of work in this month. To do this, divide the salary by the number of working days in a month. If you need to calculate the cost of one hour of work, then divide the salary by the number of hours worked in a month. Multiply the amount received by the days or hours actually worked, add a bonus or incentive, if it is customary at your company to pay remuneration for an incompletely worked month. Add the regional coefficient, subtract 13% and the amount of salary issued as advance payments.

Step 3

With the hourly wage rate specified in the employment contract, multiply the amount of the wage rate by the actual hours worked per month, add the regional coefficient, subtract the 13% tax and the paid part of the salary as advance payments. The remaining amount will be the salary for the current month.

Step 4

If the salary is calculated from the output, then calculate in accordance with the work done, multiplied by its cost, add the regional coefficient, subtract 13% tax and the amount of the advance paid.

Step 5

If night shifts were worked out in the month, then count the number of night hours, multiply by the cost of one hour in this month and multiply by 20%, unless otherwise provided in the internal legal acts of the enterprise. Calculate daytime hours in accordance with general rules. Add up all the numbers obtained, add the regional coefficient, subtract the income tax and the advance paid.

Step 6

When working on weekends and holidays, make a double payment, and all overworked hours in excess of the norm established by the Labor Code are also double paid. If an employee wants to take an additional day off for the indicated days, then pay them in a single amount.

Step 7

When calculating salaries in the 1C program, enter the initial data and get the desired result.
