If a soldier lives in an apartment under a social contract, he has the right to privatize it once for free. To do this, it is necessary to collect all the documents listed above and take them to the privatization center. Within two months, this body must satisfy its right to privatization, but if some documents turn out to be incorrectly executed, a person can correct and reissue them during this period, but if the deadline has expired, all documents will have to be collected again.

Often, servicemen are faced with the problem of determining the owner of the house in which they live, or stumble upon the refusal of the organization, on the balance sheet of which the house is located, to transfer it to private hands. In this case, they have no choice but to solve the problem in court.
Step 3
Prior to this, a soldier must apply to the authorized body, submitting an application with a request to transfer the premises he occupies to private ownership. And only after receiving a documented refusal, he can go to court to resolve the issue of interest to him.
Step 4
According to the current legislation, office and residential premises located in closed military camps, as well as residential premises that are in disrepair, in hostels and communal apartments are not subject to privatization.

When applying to the court, we recommend that you apply not with a claim for the obligation of the relevant management bodies to transfer the residential premises into ownership by way of privatization, but with a claim for recognizing the ownership of the corresponding residential premises for a serviceman.
