Already good old faxes are gradually disappearing from the well-established everyday life of the office. They have been replaced by numerous online services that allow you to send a fax anywhere, even in the United States, in a matter of seconds.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to one of the sites from which you can easily send a fax in the United States - for example, at https://faxzero.com (paid) or www.pamfax.biz (free)
Step 2
First go to the link of the PIN-code for sending a fax on the free resource (FreeCallPIN). Scroll through the suggested codes and select “free fax” (four digits). Please note: The PIN is changed daily.
Step 3
Fill out the proposed form in English:
- Sender Information: Name, Company, Fax, E-mail;
- Receiver Information: Name, Company, Fax.
Don't forget the US code is 1 (or +1). Also, remember to enter international calls - (8 and 10). Then enter the country code (1), city and / or state code and the actual phone number.
Step 4
Specify the subject of the message and write the message itself in the fields of the Fax Information section. The size of the message (for a free resource) should not exceed 3000 characters. Attach documents to the sent message (if necessary). Formats that can be attached: doc, docx, rtf, tif, jpeg, pdf. There are also restrictions on the size: for example, for doc, docx and rtf - no more than 30 KB, for tif and pdf - no more than 50 KB, for jpeg - within 500 KB.
Step 5
Please note that some fax services offer a choice of fax category (urgent fax, display fax) and receipt notification category.
Step 6
Check the correctness of the data you entered, enter the current PIN-code. Enter the symbols from the picture in the appropriate field and click the send fax button. Check the delivery status of the fax immediately after sending.
Step 7
If you are using regular office fax, check all connections. To do this, dial: 8 - 10 - 1 - city / state code - phone number. Click the "Submit" button.
