Instructions

Step 1

Prepare templates for all specification sheets in accordance with GOST 2. 108-68. Templates are A4 sheets, which show tables with columns "Format", "Position", "Zone", "Name", "Designation", "Quantity", "Note". Basic data should be located at the bottom of the sheet. They must contain the full name of the developer and the reviewer.

Step 2

Fill in the fields with basic data. In addition to the name of the developer and reviewer, include the name of the official responsible for approving the specification. Be sure to put down the serial numbers of the sheets and indicate their total number. On the last sheet, registration of changes must be recorded (according to GOST 2.503-90). All necessary changes are made to this section during the entire production time of the product. However, if the specification of a product is placed entirely on two sheets, this section is not provided. A registration sheet is added if the number of sheets is three or more.

Step 3

Sign all sections of the specification. In the "Name" column, specify the titles of the sections and underline them with a thin line.

Step 4

Write the names and designations of design documents in the "Documentation" section. As a rule, the first is the assembly drawing, then the accompanying documentation (instructions, list of technological documents, etc.).

Step 5

In the sections "Parts", "Complexes" and "Assembly units" enter the designations and names of the corresponding parts and assemblies that make up the product. It is recommended to arrange them in alphabetical order.

Step 6

Indicate the position, that is, the number under which the assembly unit or part stands in the drawing, and the sheet format.

Step 7

Be sure to complete the rest of the sections. Record in "Standard Products" products made according to industry, state and interstate standards. In "Other products" - released in accordance with certain TU (technical conditions). In the "Materials" section, indicate all materials used in the production of a unit and their quantity.
