According to Articles 17 and 18 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, all capable citizens have civil rights and bear responsibility and obligations when concluding any types of contracts that do not contradict the laws of the Russian Federation. In accordance with this, with any private person, you can conclude various contracts in simple written form with certification by a notary or in a notarial form.

Instructions
Step 1
Enter into any type of contract with a private person, taking into account all the requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The types of contracts can be different, for example, civil law, loan agreement, employment contract. Depending on the type of the concluded contract and the conditions stipulated in it, it can be gratuitous when only the personal responsibility of the parties is provided and compensated when the responsibility consists in material responsibility (Article 39, 779 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
Step 2
When concluding an agreement in simple writing, you must write it by hand in duplicate for each of the parties. Completely, point by point, indicate all the conditions of the contract to be concluded, the obligation and responsibility of the parties for its implementation, as well as the responsibility of the parties in case of early termination of the contract. If any points are not specified, then in the event of any controversial issues, the court will be guided by the current legislation at the time of resolving the dispute between the parties.
Step 3
In the contract, be sure to indicate all the details of both parties, passport details, contact information. If the contract is not concluded in legal form and not on a unified form, then witnesses from your side and from the side of an individual must put their details and signatures under it. For a formal agreement, for example, a loan agreement with a credit institution operating legally and having a state license to carry out activities, such conditions are not provided.
Step 4
When concluding a notarial agreement with a private person, you do not need to worry about the legal side of entering all the points, you express your wishes, the practicing notary draws up the agreement in accordance with the law at the time of its conclusion and signing.
Step 5
If you have entered into a reimbursable type of agreement under which you or an individual will receive income, then a copy of the agreement must be registered with the tax office for calculating income taxes.
