Step 1

A fixed-term contract is governed by article 59 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. It consists of: - to replace a temporarily absent employee;

- when the company has up to 35 employees;

- with pensioners;

- when working part-time. If the term of the contract has come to an end, and the employee continues to work, then the employment contract is extended. When the contract expires and the employee's services are no longer needed, he is warned three working days before the termination of the employment relationship.

Step 2

The contract is considered concluded for an indefinite period, if the date of its expiration is not specified.

Step 3

The employment contract specifies: - Full name. employee;

- passport data;

- TIN of the employer;

- information about the employer;

- place and date of the conclusion of the contract;

- the place of work of the employee;

- position and qualifications;

- type of work performed;

- date of commencement of work;

- wage;

- operating mode;

- social insurance.

Step 4

Additional terms and conditions may be specified. For example, a trial period. It cannot exceed 3 months. If the probationary period is not specified, then the employee will work without him. Those who have not passed the probationary period are warned 3 working days before dismissal in writing.

Step 5

The contract is drawn up in duplicate and signed by the employee and the employer.
