If you received a letter from the inspection with a payment notification, you only need to visit the nearest branch of Sberbank with this document and give it to the operator along with the money, and then save the check in case of controversial situations.

Otherwise, you need to find out the amount of tax that you must pay. To do this, you will have to call the tax inspector serving the address where your property is located, introduce yourself, name the address of the location of the object and ask about the amount of tax to be paid.
You can take the details for payment through Sberbank at the inspection, find it on the website of the Federal Tax Service for the region where your real estate is located, or use the service for generating payment orders on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

If you do not know the amount to be paid and have already missed its deadline, the service of the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia will help you, which allows you to find out the existing debt.
Enter your TIN, last name, first name and patronymic in the appropriate fields and select a region. If you are interested in possible debts for several constituent entities of the Federation, use the "Add region" button.
Then give the command to search.
Step 4
After the information on unfulfilled obligations is displayed on the screen, you can select the checkbox of interest (in this case, property tax) and give the command to generate a payment document, according to which you transfer money to the budget in Sberbank.
