Step 1
Appeal the decision that revoked your driver's license. For example, if the case was being tried in the magistrates' court, you will need to send a letter to the district court. Please note that you must write the appeal within ten days after the court decision. A qualified lawyer can help you with this. The letter to the court should indicate the reasons why you should not have been deprived of your rights. It is advisable to support each statement with a reference to an article in one of the codes of legislative acts. Errors in the protocol of the offense, filled out in the course of confiscation of rights, can also be used as a pretext for reviewing the case.
Step 2
If the appeal does not lead you to get your rights back, use other methods to return the document you need. When more than half of the period during which you could not drive a car has passed, you can ask for an early return of the document. To do this, find an organization, private or public, whose employee will have to file an application for the return of a driver's license to a certain person. For example, this could be where you work or study.
Step 3
Take this document to the traffic police department, whose employees will register and consider the application. If it is approved, then you can apply for a new license after passing the exams in both theory and practice of driving. You will need to pay for such testing yourself.
