Option 1. Consumer protection authorities
The first step for violation of consumer rights should be to contact the regional authorities responsible for the observance of these rights. First of all, these are the district departments for the protection of consumer rights, which provide legal advice and receive applications against organizations that violate these rights. All primary documents, receipts, payment forms, as well as documents confirming the fact of violation of consumer rights must be attached to the application. All this will be attached to the application, and the department will issue an order to the organization against which the complaint was received. In extreme cases, an act on an administrative offense can be drawn up, a claim can be filed in the courts.

Option 2. Private legal practice for consumer protection
If a person whose rights have been violated does not want to delve into legal aspects, then he can conclude an agreement for the provision of services to protect his rights. The company will collect documents confirming the fact of violation of consumer rights, will draw up an application to the courts and will defend the rights of the plaintiff in this process. Such services are quite expensive, but in this case, the chance that the court decision will be in favor of the victim will be much higher.

Option 3. Criminal liability
At times, the goods and services offered on the market can be criminal in nature. Counterfeit goods and negligently rendered services can become the target of attention of law enforcement agencies, such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Department of Economic Crimes, etc. In such cases, the victim must draw up a statement to these authorities, as a result of which the detention of suspects of criminal negligence in the sale of goods and the provision of services may take place. A criminal case will be initiated, after which the criminals will be punished with a substantial fine or, possibly, imprisonment.
