There are many reasons for a direct appeal to the director of an enterprise. Almost all statements addressed to organizations or employees' requests to resolve internal issues must be written to the name of the manager. These are the rules of the accepted document flow, approved by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. For example, it is impossible to obtain a decision on a controversial issue from a service organization without a self-written statement. In order to write it correctly, you need to know several rules for its design.
Instructions
Step 1
Write your statement by hand on a standard A4 paper. In the upper right corner, indicate the details of the addressee (name of the company, position, surname and initials of the manager), to whom your application will be sent. While maintaining the format of the document in terms of filling in the details of the "to whom" and "from whom" type, indicate your own full name, place of residence and contact phone number.
For internal document flow, in a statement written by an employee of the company, in addition to the last name, first name and patronymic, you should indicate your own position and structural unit of the enterprise in the details.
Place the title of the document "Application" in the center of the sheet.
Step 2
In the substantive part of the application, state the essence of the application, starting with the words "I ask you". Further, in detail, but as succinctly as possible, describe the current situation. Be sure to indicate the timeframe and circumstances that allow you to expect a positive decision by the company's management following the results of your appeal. Offer a solution to your problem, which you see as the most acceptable for execution.
Step 3
In the final part, indicate the facts that served as the basis for drawing up an appeal to the management of the organization. In case additional documents will be attached to the application (better copies), list them in the "Attachments" section.
Sign the document and affix the signature, indicating the decryption (surname and initials).
