If you registered an adult relative (grandson or granddaughter) in your privatized apartment, and then wanted to discharge him (her), then you need to again solve this problem through the courts. This is, first of all, necessary for the competent drafting of a claim for recognizing an adult relative as having lost the right to use your home.
Step 4
If an adult resident has been living in another city for more than one year, then in order to discharge him from the apartment, you need to do the following: file an appropriate claim and go to court, collect evidence that the adult has moved to another city and removed his personal belongings, received or acquired housing at a new place of residence, got a job or moved into another room as a relative.
Step 5
Collect witness testimony for the adult at his actual place of residence, also prepare documents from personal correspondence, HOA, etc. In this case, during the trial, the proof of the grounds for deprivation of adult registration rests only with you.
