Many summer cottages are abandoned. The land is empty, and well-groomed territories are often located nearby. Moreover, the owners of the latter are not at all opposed to purchasing several acres of gardening land, unnecessary to the owner-neighbor. But before you buy a plot, you must first find out who is the owner of the land. A request for the owner of any registered real estate is sent to the USRR authority. An extract for land is issued at the address of the object or by its cadastral number.
Necessary
cadastral number of the site, receipt for payment of state duty
Instructions
Step 1
Find out the cadastral number of the piece of land that interests you. If it is located on the territory of a horticultural partnership, the cadastral number can be recorded in the register of the CT board. Check with the chairperson of your partnership for help. However, data on the owner of the land should not be taken from them, since not all owners, when buying a plot, declare in the ST about the change of owner.
Step 2
If the plot of interest is not located in a horticultural partnership, but a building has ever stood on it, it will be enough to know the postal address of this building. At the address, find the cadastral number of the land plot in the public cadastral map.
Step 3
After identifying the site, send a request to the regional office of the USRR about the owner of this property. A request for an extract for land is submitted to the regional department of the regional chamber.
Step 4
Attach a copy of the receipt of paid state duty for issuing public information from the real estate register to your request. Take the details for payment at the USRR department itself. Indicate in the request your full name and address or cadastral number of the land plot you are interested in. If you were unable to accurately identify the site, please describe its location in detail in your request.
Step 5
After the expiration of the five-day period in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, an appropriate extract will be prepared for you, where the real owner of the site will be indicated, as well as the existing restrictions on him in ownership.
