Every person at least once in his life has to deal with writing a power of attorney. The power of attorney to receive money, like other types of power of attorney, is governed by the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and provides a number of rules for its writing.
Instructions
Step 1
Indicate the place and date of writing the power of attorney. According to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a power of attorney that does not indicate the date of its execution is null and void.
Step 2
Indicate the details of the person issuing the power of attorney - last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, place of residence, passport data and the same data of the person to whom the power of attorney is issued.
Step 3
The power of attorney to receive money must contain an indication of what actions the principal can perform within the framework of the issued power of attorney (for example, sign for the principal or perform other actions provided for by law).
Step 4
Indicate the duration of the power of attorney. In accordance with Art. 186 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the term of validity of the power of attorney cannot exceed three years. If there is no indication of the term, then the power of attorney is valid for one year from the date of its writing. The person who issued the power of attorney to receive money can revoke it at any time, and the person to whom the power of attorney was issued can refuse it at any time.

The power of attorney to receive money is subject to certification. Such a power of attorney can be certified by a notary. A power of attorney for receiving wages, pensions, allowances, scholarships and other payments can be certified by the organization in which the principal studies or works, the housing maintenance organization at the principal's place of residence and the administration of the medical institution, if the principal is recovering.
A power of attorney to receive funds from a deposit or a cash account with a bank can be certified by the appropriate bank in the presence of the principal and the trustee.
