Export means the export of goods from the territory of the country for further use or sale abroad. Exported goods must be declared properly. An important point is that at the time of export from the country, the goods must be in the same condition in which they were at the time of filing the customs declaration in which the goods were declared.

Instructions

Step 1

Exported goods are not subject to taxes. The exception here is customs duties and excise duties assigned to payment depending on the exported goods and the timing of their shipment through customs.

Step 2

The clearance of goods for export through customs is carried out in stages.

The first step is to provide the customs services with documentation that would confirm the conditions and justification for the export of goods outside the country. This is followed by the process of paying all necessary taxes, duties and fees. Finally, the last stage is the implementation of all regulatory legal norms that apply to exporters.

Step 3

After the required package of documents has been submitted to the customs services, customs clearance of the goods is carried out, a declaration is created (in this case, we are talking about a cargo customs declaration). The declaration contains all the details regarding the cargo exported outside the Russian border, including such aspects as the type of transport used to export the goods, information about the transport vehicle, etc.

Step 4

The declaration is submitted after the goods and transport vehicles have been submitted to the customs authorities. The deadline for filing a declaration is up to 15 days, which are calculated from the moment the exported goods are presented to the customs services.

Until the moment when customs clearance has not begun on the declaration, it can be corrected, supplements can be made, having previously coordinated them with the customs services.
