Step 1
Official work in Poland.
Once you find a job and successfully complete your probationary period, your employer will be able to apply to the immigration authorities for permission to hire you. Such a permit can only be obtained if Polish citizens with the required qualifications do not apply for this job. Before obtaining permission, you are not allowed to start work.
Step 2
After receiving the permit, you need to come with it to the Polish consulate, where you can obtain a visa with the right to carry out work activities in Poland. Only then can you get to work. After 5 years of work, you can apply for a permanent residence permit.
Step 3
Having your own business in
You can create your own company in Poland, invest in its development the required amount of funds, and then, as an entrepreneur, apply for a temporary residence permit.
Step 4
If the company brings you the required level of income, the residence permit can be extended. After successfully doing business for 5 years, you will be able to apply for a permanent residence permit in the country.
Step 5
Study in
To enter a Polish university, you need to pass entrance exams. Some educational institutions accept applicants on a paid basis without entrance exams. For the majority of foreign citizens, studies in Polish higher education institutions are paid. The only exceptions are students who were sent to study under exchange programs, assistance programs for persons with Polish origin, etc.

For the period of study, the student is issued a temporary residence permit. During your studies, you can find a job for yourself, and in case of good academic performance and successful graduation from the university, you will have every chance of getting a job and extending your residence permit.
