Break down the process of performing this work into a sequence of technological stages, each of which can represent a set of certain types of work. Calculate the required amount of materials and work, taking into account the composition and amount of basic resources, the geographical specifics of the area of work. Determine in time the need for labor and material and technical resources, delivery times for all types of equipment and leading mechanisms.

Use such initial data as standards for the duration of construction, which are determined in accordance with the approved documentation, directive assignment and SNiPs, as well as working drawings and estimates. Collect and analyze data on contractors and participants in the performance of work: the provision of workers in the main profile specialties, the use of a brigade contract, production and technological equipment. Consider the need for the transportation of construction materials, collect data on the available mechanisms and the possibilities of acquiring and supplying the necessary materials and other resources.

Make a list (nomenclature) of the work carried out and determine their volume, select the methods of production of the main work and leading machines. Calculate the standard machine and labor intensity, determine the composition of teams and units. Establish a technological sequence of work and their shift. Determine the duration of work and their combination, adjust the number of performers and shift, comparing the estimated duration with the standard. Develop a schedule for material resource requirements. If routings are available, link to local conditions.

Based on the available information, determine the timing of the work and each technological stage. Draw up a schedule plan in the form of a calculated and graphic part, which will allow you to more clearly control its execution. The graphical part can be represented by a Gantt chart, a cyclogram or in a network form.
