Every citizen of the Russian Federation who has reached the retirement age (55 for women and 60 for men) has the right to receive a pension. To do this, it is enough to apply to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
Instructions
Step 1
Find the address of the branch of the Pension Fund of Russia, which is located closest to the place of your actual stay at the time of reaching retirement age. The addresses can be found in the help desk or on the FIU website. At the same time, it does not matter if you have registration at the place of residence in this region. In the event that at the time of reaching retirement age you are and permanently reside outside the territory of the Russian Federation, fill out the online request form on the website of the PFR department (https://www.pfrf.ru/online_abroad/) or send a letter to the address: Russian Federation, Moscow, Godovikova street, house number 9.
Step 2
When applying, write a statement about the appointment of your retirement pension. Sample applications are available in any branch of the Russian Pension Fund and on the website (https://pfrf.ru). In the application, you must indicate your personal information, the date of filling and put a personal signature.
Step 3
Be sure to attach to the application a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a pension insurance card with your individual number (SNILS), a work book, as well as other documents that can confirm your work experience, a certificate of the amount of your earnings for the last 6 months, a certificate confirming the change of your surname, name and patronymic, if something like that happened, "pink" certificate of VTEK about the presence of disability, certificate of the presence of dependents. In addition, if you are applying for a labor pension not at the place of registration, you must provide a certificate of the place of your actual residence. You can get it at the passport office, from the management of the hotel, hostel, and so on.
Step 4
Within 10 days, your application should be reviewed and pension payments should be assigned. In case of refusal, you have the right to contact another branch of the Pension Fund of Russia, to the management of the territorial branch, or to the head office of the PFR or the court.
