Labor legislation establishes the rights and obligations of both the employer and the employee. The law is valid if the parties have entered into an employment contract, regardless of whether it is temporary or permanent. However, when drawing up some documents, it should be clarified that labor relations are fixed for a certain time.

Instructions

Step 1

Check out the documents of the potential employee. Obligatory documents for employment are: passport, work book, insurance pension certificate and TIN certificate. If the employee is liable for military service, then he must provide a military ID. There are other documents that you can ask for, for example, a certificate of education.

Step 2

If the employee does not have a SNILS (pension certificate) or work book, you must issue them to him. To obtain an insurance certificate, contact the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, before that, fill out an electronic and paper form. Make a list of all persons assigned an insurance certificate number. You do not need to go anywhere to get a work book, you must draw it up yourself.

Step 3

Get a job application from the temporary worker. He can indicate in it that the work is temporary. The document must be written in the name of the head of the company.

Step 4

Make a job order. In the line "working conditions" indicate that the work is temporary. Enter the size of the salary, the regional coefficient, the amount of allowances. Be sure to indicate the position in the administrative document. Give the employee a personnel number.

Step 5

Draw up job descriptions and give them to the employee for signature. His signature will signify agreement with the above information. Check the date of signing - it must be no later than the day of the conclusion of the employment contract.

Step 6

Enter into a fixed-term employment contract. When drafting it, please refer to Article 59 of the Labor Code. Be sure to include items such as pay, working conditions, rest time, vacation time, working hours, and others in the legal document. Be sure to indicate the validity period of the document in the contract.

Step 7

At the request of the employee, you can enter information in the work book. The wording does not need to indicate that the work is temporary, just refer to a previously issued order.
