Upon liquidation of the organization and termination of employment, all employees can be dismissed at the initiative of the employer. In this case, the dismissal must take place strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, article No. 81.
Instructions
Step 1
Two months before the proposed liquidation of the enterprise, all employees must be notified in writing against receipt.
Step 2
The employer must offer employees a place in another structural unit located in the region. The employee can independently choose a suitable job for this period of time.
Step 3
Upon termination of employment, enterprises dismiss all employees. Even those who cannot be dismissed under other circumstances, for example, pregnant women, women with children, students, large families, single mothers and fathers raising a child.
Step 4
On the last day of work, a dismissal order is issued, a full calculation and compensation for unused vacation is issued. All employees are given all the documents that were stored in the organization.
Step 5
In addition, the employer pays a reduction allowance in the amount of the average earnings for the last year. And it doesn't matter if the employee found another job for himself or not.
Step 6
All unemployed employees can join the labor exchange.
Step 7
If the person who has been laid off has not been able to find a suitable job in two months, he will be paid for the third month, and from the funds of the former employer.
