Step 1

When you find that a specialist is absent from work, draw up a truancy report. In the document, record the date, time of writing the act. In the content part, indicate the name of the position, department where the employee is registered. Get a receipt from two or three witnesses who can confirm the absence of an employee in the company. Make a mark in the time sheet, enter the designation of failure to appear in the document.

Step 2

When the employee appears, ask for an explanation for the absence. After writing a note stating the reasons for the absenteeism by the specialist, send the document to the manager for review. The director decides on further actions. If the reason is disrespectful, an order is drawn up. Please note that the first time you skip, you have the right to collect a disciplinary fine. In case of systematic absenteeism, more stringent measures are taken, which consist in terminating the employment contract with the employee.

Step 3

Warn the employee about the upcoming termination of the contract. Draw up a notice containing the date of termination. Give the document to the employee, and if this is not possible, send the document by letter to the address of the offender's residence.

Step 4

Issue an order. Use Form T-8. Indicate the violation of labor discipline as the reason, write the termination of employment in the topic column. Make a link to Article 80 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which confirms the employer's right to fire an employee for absenteeism.

Step 5

Make an entry in the work book of the specialist. Indicate the record number, date of termination of employment. In the fourth column of the document, write the fact of termination of the contract, referring to Article 80 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Enter the details (number, date) of the director's order as the basis for the entry. Certify the record with a seal, a receipt from the personnel officer. Accrue the employee his due wages for the days worked. When the employee appears, give him money and a work book. If the specialist does not come for the calculation, you have the right to transfer these documents to his closest relatives, but only with a power of attorney.
