Ambulance work is not the highest paid job for a doctor or nurse. Nevertheless, there remains a significant number of doctors who want to put up with all the difficulties of this specialty and help people. Employment in an ambulance brigade has its own characteristics, but such vacancies are easy to find even in Moscow.

Step 1
Find out if your qualifications meet the requirements for ambulance personnel in Moscow. You must have completed secondary specialized medical education with the title of "paramedic" or "obstetrician". To become a doctor, you must have a higher medical education and a corresponding professional certificate. It is best to have a dedicated ambulance service, but others will do as well, such as a doctor's certificate. It can be more difficult for narrow specialists - an anesthesiologist or pathologist is unlikely to be taken in an ambulance. If you are still in medical school or have a nursing or nurse diploma, there is only the vacancy of a medical orderly for you. To work as a driver in a crew, the requirements are much lower - you only need a driver's license, experience in passenger transportation is desirable.
Step 2
Contact the Ambulance and Emergency Station of the city of Moscow. It is located at 3, Pervy Koptelsky Lane. Find the personnel department there. Contact one of his staff and tell them that you want to work in the ambulance team. You will be given a list of substations that have vacancies suitable for you.
Step 3
Visit several ambulance substations, go through interviews and choose the one that is right for you and where you will be selected as an employee. Then fill out the necessary documents for employment. To do this, contact the HR department again, already with a diploma, certificate, work book and passport. There you can sign an employment contract.
Step 4
Go through a medical board. You will be able to start work only if your physical condition is adequate for the high workload of an ambulance. After that, you will be given an official order of acceptance for the position, which you can transfer to your immediate supervisor and start working.
