Some companies and institutions require the transfer of employees from one city to another. For this, an order is drawn up, with which the employee gets acquainted with a receipt. Then the specialist is removed from registration at the passport and visa authority at the place of stay, then at the migration services at the place where he is going.

Instructions
Step 1
Significant changes in the working conditions of an employee should be made only with the consent of a specialist. Before the procedure, the employee is notified in writing. The notification is handed to the employee, who, in turn, gets acquainted with the document against receipt. One copy remains with the specialist, the second (signed) is transferred to personnel officers.
Step 2
It is advisable to accept an application from him when transferring an employee to another job. It contains the name of the position, the city where the employee is transferred. The application is a confirmation of the specialist's consent to the translation.
Step 3
On the basis of the application, an additional agreement to the contract is drawn up. The document specifies the duties that the employee will perform in the new position. Write down the salary, work schedule and other working conditions that change. Certify the agreement with the signatures of the director of the company, the employee, and the seal of the organization.
Step 4
Draw up a transfer order. Use Form T-5 for this. Indicate the reason for the issuance of the administrative document. In the case of the employee's initiative, it is not necessary to write it. It is enough to enter the employee's statement as the basis. If the initiative for the transfer comes from the employer, the reason will be a change in the technological, organizational working conditions. Familiarize yourself with the order of the specialist against receipt. Make a record of the transfer in the employee's work book.
Step 5
Make a copy of the transfer order, certify it with the signature of the director or other authorized person, the seal of the organization so that the signatures of the head and chief accountant are legible. The employee will need a copy or extract from the order for submission to the migration service of the city where the employee is transferred.
Step 6
With a copy of the order, a passport, the specialist must contact the passport and visa service of the city where he is currently located. In this body, an application for deregistration is drawn up, on the basis of which a certificate is issued, signed by an authorized person, certified by the seal of the service.
Step 7
With a certificate of deregistration, the employee should contact the migration service of the city where the employee is transferred. The specialist writes a statement, on the basis of which he is issued a temporary registration in housing, which, by the way, is usually rented by the employer. The expenses of the latter include payment for the trip to the destination.
