Instructions

Step 1

When changing the terms of the contract, its clauses, subclauses, words, paragraphs, an additional agreement is drawn up. For example, an employee is transferred to another position. Accordingly, the name of the department, positions, as well as working conditions, including the amount of remuneration, labor functions, have changed. Earlier, an agreement was signed, which amended the employment contract. Two months later, the employee is assigned the responsibility of combining professions. That is, such a specialist is entitled to an additional payment for the performance of duties in another position.

Step 2

In the new supplementary agreement, write that the employment contract as amended by the agreement from the date (indicate the date of the previously drawn up agreement) is subject to change. In the title, write "On amendment of the employment contract as amended by the supplementary agreement from …". Next, write which item, sub-item is changing. For example: "Clause 5.7 of Clause 5 of the Agreement shall be stated as follows …". The following interpretation is also possible. When combining professions, an additional payment is required in the form of a fixed amount or a percentage of the salary for the position, which is an additional job. The paragraph in which the amount of remuneration for work is determined write as follows: "In paragraph 8 of the contract, change the numbers" 14700 "to" 19900 ".

Step 3

When combined, the working conditions of the employee also change. Supplement the list of job responsibilities with a list of job functions that are assigned to the employee. Such a change looks, for example, like this: "Supplement paragraph 4 with words …". Make a note on the contract that an additional agreement has been drawn up to it, indicate the date, document number. Please note that the agreement is an integral part of the agreement. Be sure to write that the rest of the clauses of the agreement remain unchanged. Enter the date from which the contract with the revision of this agreement comes into legal force.

Step 4

Certify the additional agreement with the signatures of the employee, director, and the seal of the company. Give one copy to the employee, having previously recorded the details of the agreement in a special book for registering such documents against receipt. If a copy of the contract or agreement is lost, a specialist draws up a written statement on the basis of which such a document can be reissued.
