A supplementary agreement is a tool that allows, if necessary, to make changes to an existing agreement or to stipulate essential conditions that are not provided for in its text. If it becomes necessary to cancel the supplementary agreement, this can be done by signing a separate supplementary agreement.

Instructions

Step 1

Start preparing the text of the supplementary agreement by assigning a serial number to it. This should be the next after the last agreement made to the current contract. So, if you have previously concluded three additional agreements, the current one should be number four. Also indicate the date and place of signing the agreement. The name and number of the document are placed in the top line in the center. The place of signing is on the left side of the next line, the date in the format of day, month, year is on the right.

Step 2

Make a preamble in exact accordance with the text of the canceled agreement, if in the names of the parties something has not changed earlier. If changed, please indicate current names. The preamble must contain the names of the parties, their representatives, the names of the documents confirming their powers (Charter of the enterprise, power of attorney, certificate of state registration of the entrepreneur or other), and the name of each party in the text of the document in the future (for example, the Customer and the Contractor).

Step 3

In the section on the subject of the additional agreement, which should be the first after the preamble, indicate the output data of the canceled agreement, the fact of its cancellation and the period from which this change comes into force: from the moment of signing or otherwise. A special section can be devoted to the term.

Step 4

Do not forget to indicate that the additional agreement is an integral part of the contract to which it is concluded (indicate its output data) and is drawn up in the number of copies according to the number of parties for each, having the same legal force. All of this can be included in the section for final clauses.

Step 5

In the next section, provide the addresses and details of the parties - the same as in the contract and previously concluded agreements. Provide a place for the seals and signatures of the parties: indicate that each signatory stands for and on behalf of the corresponding party, if necessary - the position, decryption of the signature.

Step 6

Sign and certify with a seal (the latter does not apply to individuals and entrepreneurs who do not have a seal) and invite all parties involved in the agreement to do so.
