When carrying out labor activities, a part-time employee can be transferred to a permanent basis. To do this, it is not at all necessary to write a letter of resignation, and then for acceptance. It is enough to draw up a number of documents.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, ask the employee to write an application for transfer to a permanent basis. This document must be completed before the expiration of the temporary contract. An application is made to the name of the head of the company. The main text should read as follows: "Please transfer me to a permanent job for a position (indicate which) in the department (name) from (date)." At the end of the document must be signed by the applicant and the date of the document.

Step 2

On the basis of this document, issue an order to transfer the employee to another job (form No. T-5). In this document, indicate the full name of the employee, the type of transfer, the previous and new place of work. In the column “reason for transfer”, indicate that the employee is being transferred from a temporary basis to a permanent one. Be sure to indicate the number of the previously concluded employment contract, the date of its signing and expiration. Sign the order, give it to the employee for signature.

Step 3

Draw up a new employment contract. Indicate the conditions of work (position, salary and other factors), the rights of both parties and responsibilities. Prepare the document in two copies (one for the employer, the second for the employee). Sign, affix the seal of the enterprise, give it to the employee for signature.

Step 4

Fill out the job description, make a note on the employee's personal card. Make an entry in the work book, indicating the position, date and number of the order. Issue an order to change the staffing table, as well as the vacation schedule. Make changes to these documents.

Step 5

You can also apply for an employee for a permanent job by terminating the temporary contract. But in this case, the employee's experience will be interrupted. You will have to issue a new order, fill out a new card, form a case. This procedure is carried out in the event that in advance, before the expiration of the term of the temporary contract, they did not have time to draw up all the documents necessary for the translation.
