Step 1

Step 2

If the employee has already got a work book, but he refuses to present it, then the employer needs to leave an act about this in order to protect himself from labor disputes.

Step 3

In accordance with the law, the title page of the book must contain the personal data of the specialist, information about his date and place of birth, as well as his educational activities. They are entered on the basis of the documents submitted by the employee. These include a passport, driver's license or military ID, diploma or certificate. Data on the specialty or profession, the status of education must be written as it is recorded in the corresponding document.

Step 4

The title page and cover of the book must contain the coat of arms of the Russian Federation, which confirms the fact that the form of the work book is valid, and its number and series are existing.

Step 5

After entering the necessary information about the specialist, the HR officer must affix the seal of the company or HR department on the title page (if there is a separate seal for the HR department). The book must contain the real date of its establishment and filling, as well as the signature of the responsible person appointed by the order of the director.

Step 6

The employee who gets the work book must also sign on the title page. On its spread, records of admission / dismissal / transfer are made. Sequential numbers and dates of events should be written in Arabic numerals. In the information about the work, it is necessary to prescribe the facts of admission / dismissal / transfer, as well as make references to the articles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which confirms the legality of the employer's actions.
